Join our Assassin’s Creed tour and follow in the steps of Ezio Auditore.
If you are a geek and you think that Assassin’s Creed is the best video game ever created, this is the perfect guided tour for you! The success of this famous video game has further tickled the curiosity toward the city of Florence, but are the places where Ezio Auditore fights his battles really like that? Ubisoft did an excellent job in recreating the setting and the atmosphere of 1400s Florence! Our Assassins’ Creed tour is focused on the most important sites of Florence that are in the game: we will compare fiction and historical facts following in Ezio’s footsteps and see the differences between the city of the game and the real one.
Did you know for example that Ezio’s enemies, Francesco and Vieri Pazzi, really existed? You may probably know that they conspired and tried to murder Lorenzo il Magnifico, the prince of Florence and that Ezio saved his life. If you want to know the real story of this bloody conspiracy and how it finally ended up for the Pazzi family, join me in our Assassin’s Creed Experience!
This is a fun and interactive private tour suitable for adults and kids. If you are a game lover but you are travelling with a companion who has never played the game, don’t worry, I’m sure they will want to play it after our trip! If you are travelling with your kids and you are afraid that they might get bored with a normal tour, this is the perfect experience for them!
In the guise of Ezio Auditore you have bravely scaled so many high medieval tower-houses, now that you are in Florence you absolutely have to see them, well hidden in the charming alleys of the city! Walk in the same streets where Ezio tries to escape from the guards chasing him and see the exact locations where many of his fights take place! You will see the ‘eagle view’ points from which Ezio takes his ‘Leap of Faith’ and the bridge where he had his first fight against Vieri Pazzi. I will also take you to see another important location of the game, the palace that was used as a model for the Auditore family’s palace. Will you be able to find there the wooden chest with Ezio’s Assassin’s clothes and his deadly blade?
